Watercolours should be framed under glass or acrylic to protect the paper, prevent moisture, dust, and accidental damage to the painting. Keep artwork out of direct sunlight. Dust regularly and when cleaning the glass or acrylic, spray a gentle cleaner on a soft cloth first and then wipe the surface gently.

  • As the artist, I retain the copyright to any painting I create, including commissions.

This means that I retain the right to reproduce any artwork in any form unless the collector has purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork (in addition to purchasing the original). To discuss purchasing the rights, contact me.

The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or other media I only ask for credit. When you purchase an original painting you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission.

People who are interested in using the artwork or image for any reason need to request written permission from me.
